The Daily Wellness Planner, created as a portion of my thesis, combines research from over 25 experts in the fields of mindfulness, holistic wellness, and art and creative therapies, into a short, easy-to-use daily planner. This planner includes:
- a short book introduction to explain how to use the planner and what each element means
- daily wellness planner pages
- planned creative space every 7 days
- a complete grid with over 70 activities included as an appendix to help people categorize their daily activities
- a list of the research used to create this book, for further reading
Right now you can order the very first edition of the Daily Wellness Planner as a mini 3-ring binder (7.5 by 9.5 inches -- 19.05 by 24.13 cm) in one of 2 design options: Black & Gold, or Midnight Blue Floral.
In order to roll these planners out ASAP for the beginning of the "academic year," we are printing this version to contain the dates from September through December, 2016, and as such, this planner is at a discounted rate!
You will also notice that the exterior of this planner version does not include a date. This is so that your mini binder can be reused year after year (until you get tired of it or it gets tired of you). Simply order refill the daily pages when you run out. We will post these as the year's end gets closer.

The binders are compatible with Avery Mini Binder dividers and tabs, should you choose to divide up the components for yourself. Future versions (including 2017) will also include a full-month calendar page for each month.
